So we all know wedding season is upon us, who else can relate to having a spring or summer wedding! I can tell you that planning a wedding is hard work, lots of details coupled with  a whole lot of planning..not to mention the pocket book! Oh, YES! How costly can it get well as big as your imagination can carry you, really. I am planning a summer wedding and I love, love LOVE to DIY on so many things from bouquets - table top decorations. SOOOOOO I wanted to share with you some of my ideas that I have put together thus far....

You know these Starbucks Frappuccino bottles that you have after you've had your 9.5 fl oz of heaven...I turned them into what I think will be a beautiful center piece on my wedding day tables.
<<< ---- Yup these right here!

The first step is to peel the sticker off the front and the back of the glass bottle. I used warm water and dish soap and scrubbed it off with a sponge. It came off fairly easy. You have to make sure you dry the glass bottle inside and out. Make sure to cover your surfaces and wear gloves. You can use any type of flowers you'd like. My color theme is Navy & Pink with White accents. So these flowers worked out perfect for me as they incorporated different shades of pink, making my options for additional decorations more broad. After spray painting the bottles I let them dry for a couple days.

I then used ribbon to wrap around the bottle to give it a formal look, again you can use any ribbon of your choice and/or lace. I used a glue gun to attach the ribbon together and hold at the back of the glass bottle. This is a simple few step process and the results are beautiful.
